Our standard delivery time is usually 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, unexpected courier delays, weather issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery charges are Rs. 250 on regular orders, while free delivery is available on orders of Rs. 4,000 or above. Depending on the contact details provided at checkout, you may receive shipping updates, order tracking details, SMS notifications, or email confirmations once your order has been shipped. We request customers to provide accurate name, phone number, complete address, and any necessary delivery instructions to avoid delays or failed delivery attempts. Fairytales accepts return requests within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. To exercise your right of return, you must inform us clearly through email at info@fairytales.com or by sending us a message on WhatsApp. To be eligible for a return, the product must have been purchased within the last 7 days, must be unused, unopened, sealed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and product condition intact. Due to health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, unsealed, damaged after delivery, mixed with other items, expired, customized, personalized, or unsuitable for resale cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return conditions or appears to have been used, altered, damaged, or mishandled. To start a return, please contact us first for approval; if your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label or guidance on how and where to send the package. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted. If the returned item is received and inspected successfully in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 30 days through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or another suitable method based on your preferred payment option. Refunds may be issued for the eligible order amount after deducting applicable return shipping costs, unless otherwise decided by Fairytales. We cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipment, so we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping proof of shipment or delivery.
